Position overview
We are seeking a dynamic person to join the team and work directly with the company directors. This is a job for someone who wants an incredibly multi-faceted experience ranging from improving & automating company processes, coordinating internal projects, planning events and helping shape the company culture. You will have the opportunity to be an essential part of the further growth & success story we have at Barra.
Your responsibilities
Company Operations: we pride ourselves on building internal business processes from the ground up using AI and automation as much as possible. You will help us to improve and professionalize these in order to support all aspects of the company.
Finances: You will help us to handle the complexities of company finances and further automate processes and reporting.
Event Planning: We take great pleasure in organizing unique events for our employees and clients. You will help us to plan and manage these experiences.
Company Projects: You will lead and have a decisive role in critical internal company projects (ie re-branding, recruitment strategy, etc.).
