Position overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to join our team in Berlin or Munich. In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team, gaining hands-on experience in multiple areas of our business. This position is ideal for someone eager to gain exposure to various aspects of a growing tech company while contributing to key initiatives that drive our success.

Your responsibilities

  • Event Planning: Coordinate and manage company events, both internal and external, to ensure successful engagements and strengthen our brand presence.

  • Recruiting: Support the recruitment process by helping with job postings, candidate sourcing, and coordination, playing a key role in expanding our talented team.

  • Marketing: Assist in executing marketing initiatives, including content creation, social media management, and campaign support to elevate our brand visibility.

  • Financial Controlling: Contribute to financial planning and monitoring to ensure sound budgeting and reporting across various business areas.

  • Business Development: Conduct market research, support strategic projects, and collaborate on initiatives to identify growth opportunities.

Your profile

  • Enrolled Student: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program.

  • Analytical & Organized: You possess analytical skills and are detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

  • Proactive & Communicative: You enjoy taking initiative and have excellent communication skills in both German and English.

  • Interest in Tech: An interest in technology and an eagerness to learn about the IT consulting landscape.
